Sandown Bay Defences – Talk

We’re really pleased to have been invited to give a talk at Carisbrooke Castle Museum this May! Join us on Wednesday 13th May at 7:00 PM as we explore the fascinating story of the Sandown Bay defences, from clifftop forts and hidden batteries to the lost Redcliff Battery, and overlooked features of Culver Down. It’s an area packed with history, and we’re looking forward to sharing some of the lesser-known stories and fresh insights we’ve uncovered through our research.
